Encore DCS ♦ adaptive divisionMar 5–7, 202730th season in 2027. Shining Star is an inclusive level for students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. No independent entries — studios must bring at least two performers; the exception is soloists who have qualified for Grand Finals.
